wjzp is a non profit, commercial free, and community based radio station remotely run by a staff of volunteers

hosted shows are prerecorded and submitted to owner, president and chief of operations Dennis Ross, who will determine your eligibility status
​
on air hosts at wjzp will have previous radio experience including an education with a concrete understanding of broadcast communications.
all station volunteers will always exhibit strong and consistent reliability and professionalism at all times
requirements
Your show must fit wjzp's format, which is album oriented, r&b rooted and jazz based including roots in gospel, blues and reggae music
you already possess basic announcing, producing, recording, and editing skills
you must be a self starter and able to record from your home or other remote location
also, you must be capable of displaying the time, ability, and dedication needed to deliver your show on a weekly basis and/or agreed upon schedule
